Sound bar not working

Hi I need some help. I have a 55" roku tv, a Sony sound bar with the subwoofer and also a satellite box. We watched a movie I streamed from my iPhone and the sound was great! You could feel the floor vibrate like you should. Well we put the tv back on, and the volume is so outta wack and low now. I have my tv muted, because it sounded crappy before with the sound bar and the tv speakers. Anyhow I need some help. I do have the HDMI's and the optical taht are plugged in. The optical goes from
The tv to the bar. And I have my HDMI frolnmy box to the tv. Please help me figure this out!! Thank you!!

Since both your phone and cable box go from the TV to the soundbar the TV is not likely the problem.
You could try changing the volume level and audio output type in the sat box audio menu. Some channels will have bad sound so if you have any premium channels try those.
