I am having problems that makes a buzzing high pitched noise coming from the components. I can hear it inside my headphones . High pitched noises increase with fps in game. Tone changing while moving mouse . I can also hear them inside of the case but its not that big problem because i wear headphones but it somehow got into my headphones too. I tried reinstalling all new and old drivers .When i unplugged nvidia GPU from computer noises stopped completely . So how to fix it so i can play but not hear these buzzing in headphones? also would any of these filters help me ? https://www.amazon.ca/Generic-Suppressor-Electrical-Headphone-Eliminator/dp/B01HCDSN8S

It's most likely coming from your on-board audio and/or the case itself. This was a very common issue years ago with the Antec 900 case when people would use the front audio jacks. If you're using an analog headset, try plugging it in the back directly into the motherboard jacks instead of the front.

If you're using a USB headset, try uninstalling (or disable) the Nvidia audio in Windows settings.

I tried plug different GPU now and still these noises but this time a bit more silent tone (used AMD Radeon HD 6850 for test)

im using rear audio jack from back of the case connecting to the motherboard audio green jack . Nvidia audio i deleted some time ago i really don't know what else can it be on older graphics card noises became more silent somehow

but why on my old gpu noises became more silent compared to new gtx 1060 could this mean that my pc need more Watts on psu maybe 650 not enough ?

I'll give for test this gpu in next few days but if u say it could only be a ground issue do u think any of these two filters would help to get rid of this buzz high pitched noises? https://www.amazon.ca/Generic-Suppressor-Electrical-Headphone-Eliminator/dp/B01HCDSN8S

https://www.amazon.com/Mpow-Ground-Isolator-Stereo-System/dp/B019393MV2/ref=sr_1_1_sspa?ie=UTF8&qid=1542211410&sr=8-1-spons&keywords=mpow+ground+filter&psc=1

which one of these two is better? also would sound quality degrade when using this?
