Sound Card AND external Amp?

I have a Sound Blaster ZX card rated too 600ohm headphone amp for my computer and a pair of Klipchs 2.1 speakers, would also getting the Lepai external amp also be a good?

You only need an amp if your earphones has high impedance. Get the sound card first and if the sound isn't loud enough for you, then get an amp.
