Sound card with USB Headset

Can i use a sound card with my head set that pulgs in through USB.

I'm looking at buying Creative Sound Blaster Zx

You cannot use a sound card and a USB headset together. The USB adapter for your headset is basically its own sound card in Windows, so they cannot be used in conjunction.

Yo I know Im prety Late but I have the same issue, is there any other way to actualy USE the Soundcard soudbard and configurations on these headset? I bet it would have way better quality.
