Sound from Xbox one into speakers.

Hey, i bought my Xbox one today. and i only have an Pc monitor with HDMI and VGA ports. i also have som speakers and a bass box that worked with my ps3 but how can i get sound now?

You may need one of these:

to extract the audio from the HDMI and feed it to the speakers.
