Sound goes bad when graphics card starts working

when i start a game or something that requires graphics card to start working my headphones start making crackling noise. When i am on desktop the are no crackling sounds. This happens only when my graphics card starts working. The crackling doesnt happen when i plug my headphones to the rear panel, it only does when i plug it into front panel !!!

i am having this problem since i bought my pc. i have front and rear panel where you can plug you headset or speakers. the rear one works really well. but the i plug my headset(which works good on other devices and on rear panel) in to front panel the sound becomes cracky. when i am on desktop there is no cracking-everything is OK. but when i turn on game it goes very bad. when i go to the browser the is just a bit cracling. and i noticed that crackling on the web browser is somehow related to my mouse movement. please help !
