Sound is heard through Speakers when speaking through a Headphone MIC and NOT RECORDING

I Have a Realtek HD Audio Manager installed in my win7 pc...
And The Sound level is not increasing when speaking through mic
in the SOUND PROPERTIES --> Recording tab.

So I CANT RECORD SOUND and video through BANDICAM software...................
