Hi

I have got sound problem with my laptop.I installed the realtek high definition audio driver on my acer aspire 5734z laptop having os windows xp.

I am unable to listen music and videos.

Also when I do video or voice calls the person to whom i am calling able to listen my voice but i can't.

Tired of searching regarding this problem.

Please give me a suitable solution.

Does your sound output show up as working in control panel? What happens if you plug in headphones? Check device manager to see if there are any notifications on your hardware.
