Soundcard for G4me zero

Hi, i need an ask this question. I have sennheiser pc363D and my friend gave me his game zero. so i want to use game zero, i dont know why . But i didnt know, am i need a soundcard for this headphone? My motherboard is Asus Maximus VII Formula, and ı have sennheiser pc363D Soundcard (opened engaged mode) also i had 7h soundcard. Are these soundcards and my motherboard soundcard sufficent for gamezero or not. Thanks for answers.
P.s : I only play CS:Go and BF4

What you have should be fine for those headphones.

Wish I had a friend to just give me a $300 dollar pair of headphones.
