Speakers not playing from left side

I have the Philips HTB3570 Home Theater.

Whenever I connect my PC via AUX to it, only the center, subwoofer, front- and rear right speakers play, not the front- and rear left. Same when I plug my phone to it via bluetooth.
But when I plug my USB stick to it, it plays from all the speakers. So all the speakers do work

Please help, thanks! I haven't found any help with google.

Sounds like a either a bad cable connecting your PC to the HTib or a bad output on the PC.
Try a different source (like your phone) with the same cable and if you still don't get left outputs then the cable is bad. If you do get both channels then the PC audio output is the problem.

Tried a different source, different cables, two different PC outputs (front and back), still nothing

After a little bit of fiddling, there were news; it stopped working. The USB still works, all the speakers work, but nor my PC or my phone or any cable are working. No sound, no left, no right, no center, none of the speakers are working - except with the USB stick

EDIT: I took this adapter that took an aux cable and turned it into the red and white audio rca signals, and it started working with all the speakers. Think I'm gonna go with that solution so far, but is there any chance that the aux-input hole or whatever is broken or damaged or faulty ? I got this system only 2 days ago.
