speakers only crackle only when streaming music or video

the weird part is audio only crackles when online

Try to update the driver your PC for sounds. Uninstall the old driver then reinstall the new one downloaded from the manufacturer website. You just need the model number or the product number of your laptop to get the most accurate driver.
