Solved! Speakers quiet at max volume on PC

When I plug my speakers into my phone they are very loud but when I plug them into the front or back ports of my PC they are very quiet. My headphones work just fine and are way louder than my speakers. I'm using realtek HD audio at max volume and have tried Loudness Enhancement with no success. Any help would be appreciated.

I'd guess that those speakers have a higher impedance than your computer can handle. Have you tried plugging an external amp into the machine? Might be your amp which is kicking the bucket.
