Yeah, the regulay 1730 isn't a bad deal, but the Warcraft one is out there for a very select crowd. I've actually been pretty impressed with Dell's pricing lately. The new M1530 and 1330 are actually pretty competitively priced, which is odd since it is the XPS line after all.
