Solved! Spectre TV will not power up.

Spectre x60 TV will not power up. No hint of trouble prior to that. Have checked all the basics. Only 3 years old.

First guess is the capacitors on the power supply board. Whether you can find a replacement board is iffy. If the caps are bad they will look bloated or even blown up. They can be replaced if you have soldering skills. Get 105 degree caps instead of the more common 85 degree ones. That's why they fail.
