Speed of Series 1 & 2

I have both a Series 1 and 2 both controlled by a Harmony remote. The speed
of the series 2 is dead slow compared to the series 1. I have used the Tivo
remotes and they are the same. I find that I am switching my recordings as
much as I can to the series 1.

If you have version 7.1a of the Tivo Software, this is a known bug with
some units. Tivo is rolling out a 7.1b update now to address this for
the 240 series, and there's a fix in the works for the 540 series.
