suffered Web and e-mail problems since last week, the company said
Thursday.

They're all too busy teaching the TiVo software development team how to
program. ;-)

The TiVo folks know how to program, thus 3 million TiVos out there. Its
teaching how to recompile TiVo software for a Scientific Atlanta or
Motorola box thats fun.

There are 3 million of them out there all right. Inlcuding mine which
is in my closet. Along with several friends that I know.

I'm sure the Tivo programmers are having fun learning advanced
programming techniques from teh Comcast folks who already know how to
compile code on SA + Motorola boxes.

Actually my non-DVR Motorola HD box supplied by Comcast runs a Microsoft
product. I suspect that there are no Comcast "developers" writing any code
for any settop box. More likely they are providing the specifications to
someone else (eg Microsoft).

That could explain why their DVR's are so horrid and get such bad
reviews.

DVR tho.

When is the first HD cable tivo product coming out again???

You sliths really do have serious reading comprehension problems.

Reread my post or better yet read it to someone with an IQ above room
temperature and have that person explain why it's not a typical
spelling (f)lame.

It really is discouraging in this NG sometimes. I imagine teachers of
the mentally disabled get similarly discouraged at times.

The one missing the point is you. Typical flame or not, you do it all
the time (make the mistake) and you call people out on it all the
time. Your netiquette is as bad as others you dis for it while
attempting to make a joke out of it while the only joke is you. In
short, You are the Pot calling the Kettle Whatever color the pot is.

Which is why I assume you left the third grade, no teachers left.

Everyone is in agreement that Sean is a first class tool. He defends
Comcast, then when Comcast screws up he blasts Tivo for getting in to
bed with them.
