Splitting audio between PS4 and PC

I'm trying to split(or use an external source of some sort, maybe, I'm new with audio.) a 3.5mm audio cord from a AD700 to my PS4 which has this and my PC. So I need to have a 3.5mm cord to go into 2 different inputs. Any Ideas?
