Spots on myHD TV screen

how do i get rid of the pink spots on my lcd TV

Got a make and model? In some rare cases (looking at you, Samsung), bad capacitors on the power supply can manifest odd pink splotches. If it is just lit pixels, hope they are in the center of the screen - otherwise the manufacturer will not touch it for repair.
