"SppExtComObj.dll" virus/malware. Pls help.

About 3 days ago. I installed MS Toolkit on my pc to activate my windows account. Next thing I know, I have viruses and malwares on my computer. Thus, I tried fixing it. I think I got most of them.... well hopefully. But, I still got one problem. Every time I start up my pc, my anti-virus program detects a problem. Saying that a file named "SppExtComObj.dll" was infected with "Win64UP-gen [PUP]", it also said that it was coming from a "Svchost.exe" file. I let the anti-virus program run and try to resolve the problem for me. But, It keeps appearing everytime I restart my pc. Would anyone please help me, I am really worried and nervous on what's gonna happen to my computer.

This is what happens when one uses dubious tools to activate Windows. You should perform a clean install of Windows from a legit source, with a legit license.
