Sprint to Verizon

So i have sprint galaxy note 4, I want to know if i can jailbreak it and use it with verizon(page plus)

Jailbreaking is for Apple devices, not for Android. You may be talking about "unlocking" it. While technically Spring and Verizon phones can connect to the networks, they do not really work very hard at activating the phones on the networks. Contact them and check.
