I wan to know how to create index in table and also the purpose of index concept in sql server database.Please give me solution.

If you don't understand what an index does in a database, why do you want to create one?

This sounds like a homework question. In any case, there is plenty of documentation available about databases that will teach you the answer to this sort of question. I'd suggest that you buy a "SQL for Dummies" type of book.
