Standby auto on, can't off, no video

Toshiba 32" Led TV, when turn on the TV switch,standby light getting green automatically. There is no video,no audio. Only a slightly blue shade in screen.. Can't off through the remote and panal power switch.. What to do..???

if you can't turn it off in the remote try to do it manually in the tv, there is always this power button without the aid of remote control, if the tv responds to it and still no video and audio have it checked to an authorized service technician.

I already tried to off the tv using the power button on the TV. But there is no response
