Hi I have laptop sony vaio e series.
When i want to start it this message will appear on the main screen before select the user or entering the password.
"The user profile Service service failed the logon.
User profile cannot be loaded."
Please help me

Can you get into the system by logging into another account? Which version of Windows are you running?

I ask these questions because you need to access the Registry to delete your Profile and replace it with a recent backup the system will have made for you - hopefully!
