startup repair loop problems

hello, my acer aspire x1700 PC has been stuck in a startup repair loop and i have tried the "How to Recover from an Infinitely Looping Startup Repair Loop without Reinstalling Windows" solution but when i try step 13,, my numbers are out of range (Default:868,352, SAM:217,088, Security:35,8640) *SIDE NOTE* when i get to the system recovery options i get an error message which says "the file or directory C:\Windows\system32\config\system is corrupt and unreadable windows please run chkdsk" i am unable to reinstall the windows disk due to my disk drive being damaged but i do have a usb jump drive if that helps. Any help is appreciated!

is your hard drive physically damaged as in bad sectors or just software corruption?

My disk drive is physically damaged, as in not there

you need a new hard drive then & have to re-install windows onto it. are you using as desktop or laptop to post here as hopefully a desktop?

I thought so. do you have access to another computer to attach your drive as a secondary to recover your data?
