Static noise from headphones

First thing that I want to point out is I tried some of the possible solutions, I read a couple of topics on other forums, nothing helped. It started yesterday, when I plugged in a new soundcard (Audigy FX). The noise intensifies when I'm scrolling, or changing things in Creative Drivers. Also it gets really loud when I run a game, like rust, then it gets almost unbearable. Besides that everything
related to audio works fine. My PC:
SilentiumPC Vero L2 500W
GoodRam IRDM 1x8GB 2400Mhz
MSI GTX 1050 OC
Pentium G4600
ASrock H110M DVS R3.0
SilentiumPC Brutus M10 (Case)
Peripherals:
Modecom Volcano Mechanical Keyboard
Corsair Katar Mouse
Superlux HD669 Headphones
PS. I'm not English, so there might be a couple of mistakes here and there.

could you test this audigy card in another system to see if sound does the same .

i seen the headphones comes with a 1 amd 3 meters extension cable did you try both and if you remove audigy do you have static noise .

Yeah tried it, I don't have that problem with integrated sound card

so i would rma the audigy she is having a bad ground on it .
