Steps to downgrade from ICS to gingerbread.

I am using xperia arc s Lt18a. Recently I have upgraded to ICS from gingerbread.
But it seems to be not working fine. I want to roll back to Gingerbread.
So pls guide me the steps to do the same with the download links to download any software like flashtool etc.
