I have a question about surround sound on a stereo headset.

I have this soundcard:
http://www.asus.com/nl/Sound_Cards_and_DigitaltoAnalog_Converters/Xonar_DGX/

How can i connect a stereo headset to this soundcard to get 5.1 surround, when that headset only has one 3.5 mm jack? Is there some sort of splitter for that?

Thanks in Advance

All the headphones that Are marketed the name 5.1 surround or 7.1 surround are stereo headphones. Only difference is that they contains a built in sound card and the software that comes with the headphones. You can do it so by downloading the software and you will realise the 7.1 surround sound on your stereo headphones. ...

Hi
Sorry this is not correct ,various headsets including the Roccat Kave are analogue 5.1 and have multiple speakers inside the headset and so are true 5.1 not virtual.
