Let's say we have a CCleaner Registry Backup:

What would happen when CCleaner accidentally removes windows files or changes them,
- how can you revert back
-do you need to restart? anything?

Please tell me steps if such a thing would happen, because my registry seems like a hell hole...

Also, if anything will be alright, how can I delete the backup, also after the registry clean, do I need to restart, is it recommended?

Why?
What will happen if you don't?
What will occur after a successful cleanup?

Nothing will happen if you don't. Unless you have specific issues that someone said CCleaner fixed, nothing will happen after you run it. No professional IT person I have ever met runs any type of automatic system cleanup on computers they work on, especially work systems. That should tell you something.

If you want to clean up your registry, do a clean Windows setup or manually go through and search for programs you don't have installed and delete the keys manually, after doing a backup.
