Stolen hard disc drive

Hi, plz I have an asus laptop x553m model and the system hdd got stolen, it's impossible to boot into windows now and I don't know what to do but I purchased a new hdd, how can I recover all my files.

Your files are gone with the disk.

You need to reinstall windows on the new disk and start from scratch.
