i have the same problem the other ones say they will work but they only work outside this one works with the verizon towers it is the one i use have http/www.walmart.com/ip/Straight-Talk-Samsung-R355C-Prepaid-Full-QWERTY-Keyboard-Cell-Phone/14099180

You'll need to buy the IPhone 4S or 5. I still haven't figured out why that is, but it seems to be the case. I love Android and have done a lot of research and now know that I'll be on Sprint if I go with Android. I'm looking into buying a Sprint Airave which will boost my signal.
