Solved! Strange display on Vizio M50-C1

I have a Vizio M50-C1 that was given to me by a friend because it did not work. When I powered it on the screen was not the correct display, so I thought the mainboard should be replaced. After replacing the mainboard I see this image:

I have not tested sound. Please advise if anyone has an idea on how to fix this issue.

Could be the wrong board was used or there is an issue with the cable. I have seen odd dual displays like this before in systems with wrong components or wiring issues.

VIZIO Experts, I've had my M50-C1 TV since early 2017 and today after I had the TV turned on I also had these pixels in the bottom right corner of the screen.
