Strange folder in D: drive

A strange folder with "install.exe" file inside has appeared in my D: drive. I don't really know when the folder has appeared in there, but the drive should be completely empty since i haven't installed any programs in there. The folders name is just a combination of random letters and numbers. I also scanned it with Malwarebytes and fsecure and either of them did not detect any viruses. So i'm just curious what this mysterious folder could be.
