Streaming/casting with usb

Im looking for a streaming stick or box that connects to my tv via hdmi and can cast things to it from my s7 android phone and also can connect usb stick / hdd to it too.

Was looking at amazon fire..anyone know any other cheaper ones?

I'd recommend a Chromecast. Heck I think you can even use your phone as a controller to play games on the TV
