streaming hardware best specs

chipset, internet speed, cpu power, graphics set, serial buses.
can anyone tell me when purchasing secondhand which of the above specs count most ? and which specs count when one wants to multitask and stream simultaneously ? thaku if u have answers.

For streaming CPU power, specifically multithreaded performance is the most important factor. Used Xeons are usually the best there.
