Stripped screws in heatsink

I am trying to replace the heatsink on my HP laptop. However the screws seem glued/stuck in place. I got 2 out fine, but the other 2 aren't budging. In my frustration I have stripped the screws a little, any tips on how to get them out?

First of all, you should have taken 1 screw out, then gone diagonally to the next to remove and so on.

But if they are stripped, all you can do is use a small bit and drill through both screws, carefully.
