Stuck in aptio setup but no option to boot in csm

Hi, I've been reading the solutions here thanks but all talk about options in boot that I can't see in my Asus laptop. Boot page only has fast boot option, no csm. I have disabled secure boot menu as suggested but can't progress. I was trying to factory reset computer as been dodgy forever when son managed to unplug it mid 'windows searching for faults' which probably doesn't help. Windows 8 upgraded to Windows 10. Any help at all much appreciated...
