Stuck or Dead Pixel ?

I have one stuck/dead pixel in the center of my LED TV. I can't identify is it stuck or dead. On white background appears as black dot, on black background appears as tiny little green dot, but on red background it disappears, which made me think that it's red pixel. Please help me to fix this issue.

I already replaced the panel and now the TV screen is great, but thank you anyway.
