Stuck screen at startup

Hi I’ve got Lonovo b40-b70 series laptop my keyboard became loose at both corners I clicked it back in place I restarted my laptop it comes up with this weird screen and lines Down the screen all I can see is the volume button and battery level behind this screen my mouse doesn’t work either can anyone help thanks
