That's tricky though, as this task takes serveral days. I started last week, and I'm still waiting for hp for a reply on 6 laser printers that won't work, and konica will contact me tomorrow morning with regards to 5 copiers that don't work. Meanwhile I'm negotiating to get some a3 color printers discarded because I can't find drivers that don't crash the print spooler, and I've got a bunch of printers that I don't even know yet why I can't make them work.
Honestly whoever invented the printing system for windows should be shot! Can't be true that you have to manually edit inf files just to install the drivers, and that you can't add certain drivers from the server itself, but have to do so from an older client and stuff.
It's really a tiresom and frustrating job this one. Scientists wouldn't be able to measure anything except stress levels.
