Solved! Subwoofer and speaker switch output

Hi i have an 5.1 surround system and yesterday somehow the rear right speaker and the subwoofer "switched". So the subwoofers sound comes from the speaker. If i unplug the speaker the subwoofer works normally again. Anyone have an idea in how to fix this?
My system is the Logitech z906 (https/www.logitech.com/en-gb/product/speaker-system-z906?crid=1588)

After some more testing it seems to have just been an faulty sound card. it works now.
