Intel® Core™ i7-5500U with Intel HD Graphics 5500 (2.4 GHz, 4 MB cache, 2 cores)
15.6" diagonal FHD IPS LED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080)
NVIDIA GeForce 930M (2 GB DDR3L dedicated)
8GB DDR3L Ram
Hard Drive: 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA
Windows 10 Home (64-bit)

My main game a play is Rainbow Six Siege and csgo mostly , Rainbow six Siege usually get 50 - 60 fps and CSGO (which is my main game i play i have currently 2000 hour on this game) With 1920 x 1060 all max video settings i can get about 100 - 120 fps now i barely get 120 fps on 4:3 resolution i only get between 50 fps and 80 fps and it so choppy and make it unplayable.
But rainbow six i got MASSIVE frame drop like i barely hit 30 fps all low setting i really need help asap i'am 14 years old gamer but i only can play on holiday but now i cant play anything and i need your guys help to fix my problem thanks!

Use MSI afterburner to check your temps. (CPU and GPU mainly) the choppy sounds like something is slowing down because it's getting hot. And dust build up or dry thermal paste on either part are common.

MERGED QUESTION
Question from Fakhri999 : "Gaming laptop bad fps , decreased performanced"

Hi, so i have this Hp Envy

This is the following Specs:
Intel® Core™ i7-5500U with Intel HD Graphics 5500 (2.4 GHz, 4 MB cache, 2 cores)
15.6" diagonal FHD IPS LED-backlit touch screen (1920 x 1080)
NVIDIA GeForce 930M (2 GB DDR3L dedicated)
8GB DDR3L Ram
Hard Drive: 1 TB 5400 rpm SATA
Windows 10 Home (64-bit)

So i was playing csgo on 16:9 resolution 1920x1060 all high setting, i got about 100 - 120 fps and suddenly the fps went down spiking to 40 - 70 and it went back to normal. But when i opened the laptop today and i play csgo on the exact same settings it stays on 50 -80. Very choppy to for some reason. And i thought its only csgo but when i try Rainbow Six Siege i usually getting 60 - 70 fps now i get 40 - 50 fps its also very choppy. Now my question is what caused this fps drop and decreased performance? How can i fix it also? I really need help because i'am not a laptop expert and i dont know what is happening right now Thanks.
