Quick question though, I'm looking for a laptop with similar specs, I know ATI has the discrete graphics switching/integrated graphics, but is it actually useful? Which one of these laptops would have the longest battery life?

seeing as there are no prices here for comparison, the lenovo is best because it has the best graphics and cpu as well as an LED screen.

Lenovo is generally pretty good on battery life and ATI cards are more efficient than nvidea cards.

Switchable graphics can be useful because it means you can power down your gpu and use the mobos intergrated graphics and save power. However you will not be able to do very many things with the intergraded graphics and you will probably not notice the difference between having it on or off.
