Suggest a laptop with Max battery life in budget

Hi ,
I am using my gaming desktop PC for all my computing needs now.
But I am thinking of buying a laptop as a secondary/backup PC.
1. For web programming
2. to watch movies sometimes
3. basic net browsing
4. Torrent / download files without rest !!! (main purpose)

I have the Search Results ASUS EeeBook X205TA in my mind ,
fan-less design ,
with 12 hour backup-the best backup in this category.
(I will have to add a 64/128 GB Micro SD)

Acer Aspire ES1-131 is also good ,
but battery backup is just 6 hours. but it has USB-3,
and I can upgrade RAM/Storage.
if I buy it , I will definitely upgrade to 8GB ram , and SSD (has no AHCI support).

I will be using Windows 10, MAX battery life preferred, Display size doesn't matter, should be under 500$

We have power blackouts here , not often , but atleast 5 times per month, which will last 1 - 10 hours.

I will not play any game in this lap + not graphical / movie editing/ CPU+GPU intensive works.
Its a lap for all internet related things.
Please suggest, a laptop with 6+ hour backup
