Suggest me a Thermal Compound

I just want the best for my laptop
Last time I cleaned it I used a Thermal Paste from the store in my city the only I could get..
i7 2670QM
GT540M
DDR3 4GB
500GB HDD

Can you suggest me any?

That's debateable...but regardless you don't use it to clean...
