Suggestion for laptop around $1000

Can someone suggest me a good
laptop around $1000 (max $1100)

going to be using it for mainly programming
and some light gaming like csgo,LoL,Dota,Rocket league etc.

must have :
i7 processor or greater
12gb or more Ram
dedicated gpu that can run games above with smooth fps

is 970m much better than 960m btw?
because I've seen a lot of 970m laptop that cost $400+ more
than 960m laptop.
is it worth for the price?
