Is it okay to buy from online sites like flipkart etc? I m asking about the post-buy service

I can't comment on the website you want to buy it from, but the laptop seems solid.
A Core i5 is a great processor, 8gb or RAM is nice, 1TB HDD is plenty for many years of programs and files.
I am guessing 2gb graph is referring to the graphics processor memory, which is plenty for a laptop.
If you plan to game on it don't expect much from a laptop, but it could probably handle a good selection of games.
