Suggestions for gaming headset?

My old headset recently broke, and I am looking to buy a new one. I can't buy a Bluetooth headset because my computer is incompatible and I just don't want to go through the trouble of buying a USB-Bluetooth port thing.

I'd like to keep this at 250 dollars max.

I also don't have a sound card with my computer so something like Turtle Beach that has a USB sound card would be good. Please advise.
