Surround and center speakers not working for samsung ht-d5100

Hi everyone,

Just set up this system today and while streaming on spotify or netflix (through ps4) sound is only being produced by my subwoofer and front speakers.

When I go into the system settings and test each speaker individually all of them work.

Does anyone have a clue what's causing this?

Check the audio output menu on the TV and PS4. They should be set to output in surround sound. Netflix may have it's own audio settings too.
Then try changing the surround sound mode on the Samsung if needed.
