How to check for a break in speaker wire. System installed in a 2006 Jaycoin travel trailer.

Tone generator, or if you can probe both ends just power one end and check other end for voltage. Most breaks don't happen in the middle of the line, they happen at the terminations. Check those for obvious loose wires and cracks in any pcb's.

Disconnect speaker wires from the radio / amplifier, use AA battery - if you hear "click" from the speaker, wires / speakers are OK.
