svchost.exe STOP PLS

So, my internet is so slow lately and when I checked the task manager it shows that svchost.exe keeps downloading something. And I've tried everything that internet told me like disabling BITS and Windows Update and it doesnt solve anything. ALMOST Everyday.

If there are issues with Windows updates, you will see svchost run at a high %, it's usually taking up 25% or more of the CPU, is that what you are seeing? What happens when you turn off the Windows update service form control panel?

I've turned off Windows Update service and the svchost.exe is still running and I don't see any difference. I don't think CPU usage is the problem right now because mine (svchost.exe) doesn't use that much, but the network usage, It's downloading almost everyday and I have to restart my laptop to get rid of it, if not the svchost.exe will keep downloading endlessly.

if it's not doing updates, did you do a virus scan?
